Sleep workshop
Sleep is an essential function that allows the body and mind to recharge, leaving us alert and refreshed upon waking up. Without enough sleep, the brain is unable to function properly and impairs our ability to concentrate, think clearly and process memories and information.
If you are struggling to focus, stay awake, remembering information or would like to increase your energy levels – this session may be useful to support in finding answers and solutions to improving your functionality, whilst balancing your studies and life commitments. The session is conversational and designed around supporting individual needs as well as providing practical education around sleep.
