Saltholme teems with wildlife and offers visitors the opportunity to see thousands of birds, including some very special species such as Avocet, Kingfisher and Marsh Harrier. Additionally, there’s amphibians, butterflies, dragonflies, wildflowers and, if you’re very lucky, Water Vole and Otter.
