Nutrition, Sleep and Movement
This session is a chance for students to come along to chat and ask questions regarding lifestyle. They will receive a useful booklet designed by the lifestyle advisor and health psychology master student - catering for what a student may be struggling with. Be it fatigue, eating regulary or balancing university life. The sessions are free to attend. No need to book, just come along.
