Sleep drop-in
If you are struggling to manage your sleep and rest this semester, please come along to these drop-in sessions to chat about it and receive useful tips, techniques and advice around improving the quality of your rest time in order to increase your energy levels and feel better in yourself. It’s really hard to focus when you’re not feeling well-rested and energised. The sessions are free and available to all students. No need to book, just come along and speak with our lifestyle advisor.
