Mindful Movement

A chance to take a break and add some self-care and mindfulness into your day, through gentle yoga and Pilates-based movement and breathwork. Suitable for everyone. No special clothing, equipment or prior experience required. Each session will last 20 minutes.

No need to book. Just come along. The sessions are free (no charge) to attend.
