This seminar will cover:

· How does neuroscience help us understand low mood and feeling down?

· Intensive strategies for dealing with low mood; breathing &   relaxation based on scientific evidence; Mindfulness and  meditation.

· Understanding self-talk and its impact on the brain; lifestyle changes; the importance of sleep.

· Action planning
