Mindfulness/dealing with stress

This seminar will cover:

· Learning how to be mindful of what you’re thinking, sensing and doing and deciding where you choose to focus your attention.

· Being able to voluntarily bring back your wandering attention to what you are choosing to focus on at a particular moment.

· Practicing not being distracted by the multitude of thoughts, feelings and judgements that seem to beset all of us at every turn.

· Discovering how to be more focused, resilient and able to deal with life’s daily pressures, both at University and at home
